My Regrets....

You know that we all have them....the shoulda, woulda, coulda things that we wish we would have done. The small moments of life that we gave up because we just don't have time for or we are just to "busy" to get around to taking care of. I have many, many of these; to many to count. I am ashamed to even think about counting.

1. I regret not telling the people that I love that I love them everyday.
2. I regret not spending more time with my mom before she died. It was such an unexpected and unforeseen event. (More about this later.)
3. I regret not really being in the moment (period).
